Portage Bay Floating Home

A complete interior remodel of this two-story floating home on Portage Bay, gave a bright and open layout to this once dark and closed off home. The objective was to create an intimate space with an expansive feel. The top level was transformed into open space containing the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The lower, originally containing three small bedrooms was reconfigured into a large master suite and guest suite. Lighter more contemporary finishes were used throughout to give the home a clean simple look.
