Madison Park One

A narrow lot combined with a 25' height limit presented design challenges in creating this traditional home. The resulting 20' wide home combines elements of both urban townhomes and the neighboring single family homes. The classical look stems from extensive traditional detailing both inside and outside, along with a series of barrel-vaulted dormers which punctuate the long roofline. Light stucco with a continuous dark band of windows and trim at the top help soften the verticality if it all.
